Clearance Process

Students who intend to withdraw from INTEC Education College, need to fulfill all the procedures as below.

Step 1
Inform officially the Head of Programme
Step 2
Student are required to log in to:
Kindly refresh the website before you can log in.

https://sims.intec.edu.my/login

Step 3
Fill in

Username or Email: Student id (e.g: 22011223)

Password: Student id (e.g: 22011223)

Step 4
Update student profile especially 'Phone Number & Email Address'

Step 5
Click 'Clearance Form'

Step 6
Click ‘Reason’ & ‘Select Withdraw’

Step 7
Click ‘Submit Clearance Form’

Step 8

For students who are staying at INTEC Student Residential (Hostel), kindly return the room key for the clearance process at the respective INTEC Student Residential Office. If any inquiries please email student.record@intec.edu.my
