ACCA Platinum Approved Learning Partner (ALP) Awards

In line with the government’s

aim to increase the number of Bumiputera’s professional accountants to 60,000 in the year 2020, UiTM has seized the initiative to establish an accountancy centre which is now known as IPAC Education. The establishment was officiated by YBhg Dato’ Seri Idris Jusoh, the Minister of Higher Education in June 2015. IPAC Education is now positioned under INTEC Education College, a subsidiary of UiTM Holdings Sdn Bhd. The initiative, from the start, supports the national agenda in Economic Transformation Programme (ETP), which was proposed by the Prime Minister in 2010. The students’ success continues in IPAC Education @ INTEC until it qualifies INTEC Education College to be recognized as ACCA’s Platinum Approved Learning Partner.

In 2016, six more students received the CAT World Prize Winner and all of them are ranked number 1 in Malaysia with their respective subjects. Out of six, five of them are the world number one scorers with the highest mark of 100%. This success is repeated in 2017’s examination whereby six students obtained the World Prize Winner status, five in CAT (number one in the world & Malaysia) and another student for Performance Management (F5) paper in ACCA (number one in Malaysia and eight in the world).

The rapid achievement of Platinum status, just over two years since IPAC’s establishment puts IPAC in the same league as other well-established professional accountancy centres around the world.
