- 1 copy of Identity Card
- 1 copy of Examination Results (Actual / Forecast)
Notes to Applicant:
- For Online Application, applicant is highly advised to keep the Applicant Reference Number which will appear upon registration of Name, IC and Program at the beginning of Application Form.
- The status of the application can be checked online at the “Check Status” field within 4-5 working days from the applied date. A notification email will be sent once your offer letter is ready.
